Who’s Who this Christmas?  Pat LaBarbera on saxophone, Steve McDade on trumpet, Russ Little on trombone, Andy Harasymczuk on guitar, Dave Young on bass, Allan Halford on drums, and special guest Dean Hollin—that’s who!  As well as fabulous music, the evening will feature a silent auction to raise money in support of Beaver Valley Outreach.  Concert proceeds will also support the BVO.  Help the BVO make the season joyous for all members of our community.

Tickets are $30.00 and are available at Pharmasave or the BVO Office in Thornbury, the Marsh Street Centre in Clarksburg, or Gabriele Photography in Collingwood.

THE MARY CATHERINE PAZZANO QUINTET presents the music of Leonard Bernstein, including songs from West Side Story, On the Town, and Wonderful Town.   Mary Catherine’s classical training, combined with her jazz sensibilities, promise to create an enthralling evening of Bernstein classics, as well as lesser-known works.  Rounding out the quintet are Jeff Daniels on piano, Jason Hunter on saxophone, Pat Collins on bass, and Steve James on drums.

AWARD WINNING MUSICIANS COMING TO THORNBURY

CONCERT PIANIST at JAZZ AT THE LIBRARY

Acclaimed pianist ROBERT HORVATH will explore the changes in rhythm, harmony  and melody in classic and jazz music on Friday October 18, 2019 at  the L.E.Shore Memorial Library in Thornbury. As Drew Jurecka will have to miss the event, we are delighted to welcome the internationally recognized  jazz flutist BILL MCBIRNIE on his Extreme Flute. ROSS MACINTYRE on bass and ETHAN ARDELLI on drums. make up this impressive quartet not to be missed.
